The Newcomb Historical Museum is pleased to report a successful premiere with its main exhibit, “Mining in the Mountains: The Tahawus Story,” that opened late May 2017, ran through the summer and into early fall. Our second exhibit opened July 2nd, 2018 titled "The Pruyns of Santanoni” that celebrated the 125th year since Santanoni was completed. Exhibit was well attended and has closed for preparations for the next year's exhibit about the Santanoni Farm and the staff who worked at Camp Santanoni.
