REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS CALLING IN WITHOUT Computer, Smart Phone, or Tablet

If you know of individuals who do not have a computer, or smart phone, but who may wish to register for one of our meetings, please instruct them to call 518-509-3603 and someone will assist them in registering. Persons dialing in by phone must be pre-registered to join, and will be placed in the same waiting room with those registering by computer or smart phone.

Our meeting notices are generally posted 72 hours in advance and Agenda will be available 24 hours in advance.

The public must register in advance for all public meetings broadcast via our ZOOM Room Technology through the Town’s Municipal Events Calendar.

We recommend not pre-registering for our meetings from any third-party link prior to 24 hours in advance of any meeting, as the meeting agenda may not be available any sooner.

We are not required to include the meeting agenda with the meeting notices, therefore; to obtain the meeting agenda, anyone who does pre-register before 24 hours in advance of any meeting, will need to revisit the procedure explain here in detail on this page. After registering, an automated email will be sent, to the email address used to registered with, containing the meeting information (meeting link, meeting ID, passcode, and dial-in phone numbers). Prior to the start of any meeting, participants are placed in a waiting room until the meeting begins.
