A family owned and operated RV park. Sites have water and 30 amp electric hook-ups. There is a shower facility, restrooms and dumping station on site. Pump out service is available at your campsite for an additional fee. The RV park is a digital detox zone so get outside and explore!! Free WiFi is available in the cafe. Across the street, within walking distance is the Newcomb Town Beach and boat launch on Lake Harris. There is a public playground located on the town property next door and a hiking trail to Woodruff Pond where you can launch your kayak. Within 5-10 minutes one can access unlimited trails, lakes and mountains including the 21,000 acre Boreas tract and historic sites like the ghost town Adirondac and Camp Santanoni, one of the last great camps open to the public. Newcomb has several locally owned businesses and several shops to browse. Two premium cottage rentals are also available that can accommodate up to six guests available for two to six night stays.

This a state run and maintained facility offering 89 tent and trailer sites, hot showers, flush toilets, trailer dump station, recycling center, picnic area, and boat launch.
